@@deanpesaturo6401 I’ll remind you that Donald Trump kept pressuring the vaccine developers and the FDA to expedite the process and make vaccines available ASAP. He stood in front of the camera on a daily basis, with Dr. Fauci behind him, telling us “we” will hopefully have a vaccine ready by Sept, then October, then November, often turning to Fauci for some sort of reassurance. He constantly praised Dr. Fauci (or “Tony” as Trump so disrespectfully called him), then he’d get pissed whenever Fauci contradicted his statements/timeline. Fauci was being honest, Trump was being deceitful. He was trying to rush a freaking vaccine, ffs! Once again, while the professionals were doing their jobs, Trump was being a reckless fool and trying to cut corners. And if he’d remained in office, he would’ve taken credit when they were finally available saying “we developed these vaccines in record time!” and probably would’ve referred to it as “the Trump vaccine”. We can all vividly imagine him saying “people are calling it the ‘Trump vaccine’.”
