My eyesight has also improved after continuing doing these exercises . It went down by .075 in 2months and believe me no doctor will tell you this . Everyone should do these exercises with all their family members to make it more interesting.

This really works if you are consistent, guy. Thank you so much! I was almost hopeless that my eye sights went back after getting LASIK. I did the exercise consistently for a week and they are definitely better now!

Hi @Elli Qian, my Lasik had done in January 2023, now it's been almost 4 month's. I'm a software engineer and I need to give almost 8-9 hours to my laptop. I'm doing these exercise. I'm also having squint in my eyes. Can you tell me what should I do

Right from childhood I was told that eyesight number can never reduce it’ll only increase or it can be maintained. So I was skeptical when I started doing these exercises. But to my surprise my number got reduced by 1 point after doing these exercises for 2 months. Truly mind blowing how our body can self heal or self correct it’s errors by following simple life hacks. Kudos to Satvic Movement.

Doing these eye exercises and daily updates. I will do exactly how he does in this video every morning and will provide daily updates. Other things that I'll do in addition: no phone 1 hour before and after sleep. Rest from staring at the screen for long time by taking a walk in my garden. Less overall use of mobile phone. Day 1:

I had eye power for one month before that was -2 in my left eye I have been practicing these exercise regularly. And then I go for the checkup now my eye power is -0.45. The doctor has been advised me to wear specs only while using the phone, laptop. This exercise changes my life. Must advise you to try these exercises. A little hard work will change your life. Thankfulness to the whole satvik movement team.

Hi guys, i have seen this video way before but i wast not doing this exercise regularly but from last 1 month i am doing this regularly, mera chasma tut gaya so i went to the dr and mere number phele -1.25 tha left ka or -1 tha right ka ab dono ankho ka -0.5 ha. Now to i believe ki meri ankhe kuch months mak bikkul thk hojayegi . And one more thing i have some problem with my left eyes some disease jo generally dogs se hoti ha ... Maine sare ache dr ko dikhaya they told me it cant be treated but what we can do is ki isko or badne se roke but 1 month mai meri eyes thk hori ha ... I just cam here to tell you guys ki please follow kro sb shi hoga .

I have full trust in this channel . Guys Listen to me carefully . My weight was 109 kg when I realised I had blood pressure . This was a great shock for me . Blood pressure is a very disgusting thing to have . People told me, it will remain for life and I have to take tablets . I was heart broken . I then saw this channel and start following it . Things like Intermittent fasting is golden .( I too started running every day ) .I followed this channel as much as I can . Today I my free of blood pressure and my weight is 84 kgs. Blood pressure goes away is 3 to 4 months , but I you follow it for a year I can tell you it will not recur. But dont start a bad life style. Good luck to all

Same here mere se bhi log kahe rahe hai Ki Ab chasme ka no. Kam nahi ho skata mane KZbin par bhi dekha ki eye surgery se hi Kuch ho sakta hai but this comment... Before doing this exercise my daughters vision was -4 and -3.50 and+1 in both eyes. But after 6 month her vision improved by -3.25 and +.50 in both eyes. It really works . Thanks satvik movement

@glow girl status mere chasme ka no bahut kam hai isliye mujhe koi khas fark nahi padta Isliye mai anulom vilom ko regular nahi kar rha hu sirf 6 minutes per day wo bhi kabhi kabhi nahi karta Agar 15-15 or 20-20 minutes daily kare to chasma bhi utar jata hai Baki sirf 6 minutes karne se eyes jitna relax ho jati hai utna ye sab excercise daily 15-20 minutes karne par bhi nahi hoti thi

Just a small add-on its gonna double the effect...When doing up down or left right or the clockwise anti clockwise movement of eyes use your tip of the thumb to navigate yhe eye...just as in the last step you focused on the tip of the thumb same way, focus on the thumb with hand 3/4th stretched and do all the up down left right....with being focused on the thumb... Try for a week you will surely come here to reply me with your postive effect am sure...

I have been doing this exercise since last few days....i m able to see slight improvement in my eye sight....i do the tratak kriya before sleeping...even after 20 min of screen watching i take break...no screen time after 9.00pm. and after every 1and 1/2 hr i splash my eyes with cold water...!! My daughter eyesight also got improved. Her left eye sight vision was -1.75 n right was -1.50 now after continuing these exercises , sungazing sunrise n sunset time , candle flame exercises .Now her vision left eye -0.50 n right vision - 1.00 ..it works ..thank you so much satvik movement v r following all ur instructions.

Today is 5/2/2024 And am going to do this excersise eyeryday (twice a day)( at morning and at night) for atleast six month to see the effect My spects no is R= +1.25 , cyl (-4) axis 45° L= +0, cyl (-1), axis 150° I also sees double vision with and without glasses. @@pritamyadav8759 as I am just 14, I only wear specs when I go outside or use phone. As children, in this video as well it is said not to use much spectacles.. I do these exercises once a day. In the morning, I wake up and do eye exercises then in the evening if I get time I do sun gazing and after 9 pm I avoid the use of phone and before sleeping I sit and stare at the flame.

This exercise is amazing. I m doing from last 2 month. Mera eyes ka no. Left -4.0 and right -3.5 Hai. Me phele without glass door ke bhar bhi nhi nikalta tha. Now ab 10-12 hour without glass bhi pura gaav ghumta hu. Thank you so much satvik movment for for this amazing exercise. Mene bhi phele lasik ka soch tha. Doing eye exercises for 21 days. I can see slightly clearly after doing it for 21 days. I will continue to do it for 6 months More. One day I woke up with clear vision I thought this exercise finally worked after 15 days and I was very happy 😁😁 but later the next day it went back to normal. I was really sad 😢. One more thing I have to tell you is that when I am unable see far away (ex. Blackboard) i often do tight blink and it just clears up everything around 6-7 seconds And I don't wear glasses.. Edit: I am trying to increase seconds

I was having -6.25 in my left eye before I started similar exercises, after 7 days my left eye sight improved by -0.5D. Now it is -5.75. Give it a shot guys, it works👍

Really how much time undid it in a day and what other practices did u follow mine is -3 and -2.75 in both eyes how long I have to follow to see a difference

Thanks a lot 🌸😍 I used to be very troubled by my eyes and headache, but I randomly did this exercise one day when my condition worsened with pain but I got so much relief in one day's exercise, which I did not get after seeing the doctor and taking medicine. I study and I still wear glasses but I don't have any problem now and I do this exercise daily. Thankuuuuuuuuuuu sooooooooooooo muchhhhhhhh 🙏😍

Hello Satvic team. I absolutely adore watching such informative videos. I had done my eye lasic surgery from India in 2016 and had 20/20 vision. Recently I’ve been experiencing eye pressure if I use screen and can’t focus for a long time. Could you guide me further to overcome this issue with eye exercises? Currently I’m located in USA and consultation would cost a lot so I refrain from visiting an ophthalmologist. Your hep would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I have been doing it since one month.. Here's what happened I won't say it will completely restore your vision. But yes it did to some extent.. There's is an improvement of .25 in my eyes Thanks.

I am starting this exercise and i will do remark for everyday . I will update you everyday with the affirmations. 8th may 1st day - i can feel the blood in my eyes are healing my eyesight 2nd day - i am easily able to manage time for doing this exercise 3rd day -whatever diet i am taking is improving ny vision 4th day my body knows and its healing every second my eyes 5th day whenever i am breathing my vision is improving 6th day - i have a crystal clear vision 7th 8th skipped 9th - i have a crystal clear vision

Hi @Sahil Suthar Are you able to see any difference after doing these exercises? I had Lasik surgery in January 2023 And I'm also having squint in my eyes. I'm doing these exercises as well I'm a software engineer and need to give almost 8-9 hours to my laptop. Could you tell me what should I do now

@@simmiagrawal6763 just after the exercise i am able to see slight difference but again it comes back to normal when i do work in laptop , so whether you do it or not time is running so why cant you give it a shot the thing i can guarantee you is that it will make a difference if you do it everyday. I have same thing i am a pursuing ca and i too have to watch lectures online and need to use laptop nearly full day so i will tell you after 3 months whether any reduction in number or not.

OK so I started this 18 July( Day -1)-> no sungazing,eyepack,tratak kriya Day -2 ->no sungazing Day-3 -> no tratak kriya Day-4->no eyepack,no sungazing,screen after 9 pm Day-5-> no tratak kriyaa Day -6-> no eye pack,tratakkriya,screen reduced Day -7-> no tratakkriya Day -8 -> all completed Day-9 -> no sungazing Day-10-> all completed
