Pichle saal mera power -2.00 that. Maine exercise shuru ki randomly starting mei pr iske sath mai yog bhi krti thi aur mera diet bhi different hai. Fruits, dry Fruits aur ghar ka khana khati hu. Exercise krne ke ek month bad check krwaya toh .25 kam hua. Doctor bhi hairan the. Phir is saal maine exercise utna nahi kia lekin mai shirshanshan krti hu. Aur .25 kam ho gaya is bar. Ab meri power -1.5 hai. And on top of that I am a software engineer. Mera sara kaam laptop se hota hai. But trust me no Doctor is going to tell you this trick. This will actually make a difference.

Exercise karte huye 19din ho gye aaj thoda thoda improvement dikh raha hai. Pahle jaha blur dikhta tha ab thoda thoda saaf dikhai deta hai.🙏🏻

I was having -6.25 in my left eye before I started similar exercises, after 7 days my left eye sight improved by -0.5D. Now it is -5.75. Give it a shot guys, it works👍

I have very bad eyesight, with -7.5 in both eyes. I started doing these exercises six months ago. I did these exercises almost daily, and started having triphala water in the mornings. After a few months when I went for my eye check up, the doctor was surprised that my eyesight had improved by .5! Thank you Satvik Movement! And it’s a long and slow process of improvement, but worth continuing.

Mera left eye power-1.25 nd right eye -0.75 tha 5 6 mahine se exercise ,sun gazing krne se mera dono eye ka power -0.25 mere liye yeh bahot khushi ki baat h mein iss exercise ko daily follow krti

I had eye power for one month before that was -2 in my left eye I have been practicing these exercise regularly. And then I go for the checkup now my eye power is -0.45. The doctor has been advised me to wear specs only while using the phone, laptop. This exercise changes my life. Must advise you to try these exercises. A little hard work will change your life. Thankfulness to the whole satvik movement team.

Right from childhood I was told that eyesight number can never reduce it’ll only increase or it can be maintained. So I was skeptical when I started doing these exercises. But to my surprise my number got reduced by 1 point after doing these exercises for 2 months. Truly mind blowing how our body can self heal or self correct it’s errors by following simple life hacks. Kudos to Satvic Movement.

After reading all positive comment i an going to start this from today(20/04/2024) and i wil continue this for min 1 year and will eye checkup in every month i will update here my results. Currently my eye sight is -4 and -4.25. Lets hope it gone work for me.

We can skip every video on youtube...but we cant skip satvic movement's video....bcz ye hamare life ka sawal hai...mujhe bahot improvement hua hai aapke har ek video se..aur jaise hi video aataa hai...mai zarur dekhta hu...thank u satvic movement team 🥰🥰🥰🥰

My eyesight has also improved after continuing doing these exercises . It went down by .075 in 2months and believe me no doctor will tell you this . Everyone should do these exercises with all their family members to make it more interesting.
