Appreciate you raising all these pressing issues,flat costs are are breaking records while our public infra,civic amenities and the quality of delivered project remains poor.I think yashwin enchante did make a specific section in there sales office to present different aspects of plumbing,walls, implementation.Awaitng for mahalunge part 3 sir!,i myself have a flat booked in vtp earth one ,hope vtp dosen't disappoint.

In redevelopment, existing residents do get extra area. As per my knowledge close to 25 to 30% more area is given. If they get same area, no point in redevelopment of society just to give a new look. Builder also makes Good profit in redevelopment schemes. Hence when residents get extra area under redevelopment, then only they will agree and give consent for redevelopment. But definitely Residents do get extra area when they get a new flat Under redevelopment scheme.
