Porcini mushrooms recipe
Ingredients
mushrooms
garlic oil
parsley
salt and pepper
Clean the mushrooms without using water where possible.
As I show in the video.
Clean the mushrooms from insects and small worms.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
A pan or pot, garlic and olive oil.
Cook the mushrooms over high heat for 5 minutes, salt, pepper,
cook the mushrooms for a few more minutes until dry, a little parsley.
The sautéed mushrooms can be eaten with polenta or potatoes or used to make meat recipes such as escalopes with porcini mushrooms or tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms or a good risotto with porcini mushrooms.
Wholemeal polenta recipe.
You can buy wholemeal polenta or dry corn and grind it.
Weigh 250 grams of polenta, put on the stove a pot with a liter of water, salt, when the water is about to boil slowly add the polenta stirring constantly, when it reaches a boil lower the stove to low, put the lid on, and leave cook for an hour without even looking at it, just check that the stove is very low.
put the mushrooms on top of the polenta with a generous dose of cheese you prefer.
