The weedless actually works great around grass. It is my goto on the grass flats. The tail is super strong and ive been using the 5 inch for big red snapper

The weedless works great but mine melted in my backpack lol those & the Zmans are the only lures that tend to melt (can't seem to handle the South Florida heat) but the slamshadys are killing it & the sun doesn't do a thing they're so great and beyond durable!
