This tutorial is incomplete: so you can only save by overwriting something? It seems there’s 1 or 2 open slots but after that you have to sacrifice stored Performances to save any new custom ones you want to make.

Excellent question. Here is my answer: The keyboard can layer up to four sounds. Add your sounds to the layer. That way, you can change one sound without cutting the existing one.
