This video is NOT long enough! I've been following your channel for just over 1 month. Catching up on previous videos and I'm still trying to put all in perspective. I will say this..... It is unbelievable how much I've learned. About relationships that "I knew everything" about. Astonishing work. Geoffrey 👍🏽

Right now I’m at the stage where she is angry and don’t believe my changes and don’t believe I truly loved her and instead of me losing control emotionally and I’m staying persistent and doing the work and be understanding on how she felt without telling her to “believe me or trust me.” Coming from a place that’s genuine cause I want to be better for myself and her long term. Thank you for videos man and keep up the work , joining your class soon.

Great, here is reminder of what your partner will need to see from you in order for her to truly believe in your changes. Also remember to ask yourself. 1) Are my changes the right changes? 2) Are they massive enough? 3) Are my changes permanent? kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqjdp4R7opuMd7c

Geoffrey has a deep understanding of human physiology. He says he helps men, but this is just as good for a female human being. It goes way deeper into the human mind than men sabotaging their marriages ❤

I love the way you think Geoffrey. Whenerver I listen to you, hope is rekindled within me. Other teachings just depress and discourage me, making me feel like there's nothing I can do. I think many a time, its these archaic ideas that cause people to break up, and these mental blocks that stem from incorrect ways of thinking. But once one has the right information, I think things get much easier.

The last 5 minutes of this video hit hard ive grown bitter over her breaking up with me and thinking about the possibilities of her hooking up with other guys and exploring her options but I realize now I have to treat her like another human not a robot that would just depend on me that hit hard :/ THANK you for all your videos will try to catch a masterclass tomorrow

This can't be applied to anybody. There is truth to what you say, but there are some marriages that are not just meant to be. They can't be saved. And even if you do the work the new you may not be your ex is first choice. That does not mean you made the wrong changes necessarely. That might mean that that person is just not for you I believe im growth but i also believe in the wright person. You place all the blame and fault on the person that is left. And that is not accured, i bet that most of your clients are man. Which means is also gender specific. I do recognise value on the things you teach i just think there is more to it than it meets the eye or hear.

Hey Jeffrey what’s happening brother, been following your stuff for quite some time now and I’ve been thinking how about if you made some videos coming from the wife’s perspective of how your program has changed the husbands for the better and what they now experience. Or even going back to some of your very first couples to see how they’re doing now with their testimonial. Getting closer to joining your program

I can understand these principles. I'm finding it difficult to work through these, however, as we have children and I keep emotionally struggling with the impact our current separation is having on them.
@GeoffreySetiawan

Yup we understand the challenge of this journey, which is why our program prioritizies the internal shifts first, before anything else. If you paid attention in the video, you'll see that the difficulty is often caused by tetheredness, and the tetheredness is most likely the core reasons why the relationships has broken down in the first place!

@@ted2136 I'm afraid I don't have any advice. I moved out, which has had some benefits, but I still have to see her everyday as we move the children between us. I've also not handled this text book style. I've broken down and pleaded many times. I'm not ashamed of that but it's really not helped.

If you actually watched the video, you're basically saying to yourself "Yeap - I don't have what it takes, and I don't really deserve to reconcile". And that is okay - not everyone does. But again, understand that these are lifelong skills you cannot avoid learning. So you might be able to use your negative attitude to excuse yourself from doing the work now, but know that the same problems will keep perpetuating until you learn the lessons you need to learn. But hey, it's your life, and the way you want to live it is completely up to you!

Hi Geoffrey. Thks for your reply. My situation: I filed for divorce cos I found out the husband had 3 affairs. Reason for affairs: he said he cannot communicate with me. I admit i'm a tough nut to crack. I'm an introvert by nature. At this point, I have no intention to stay with him because he did not show any remorse and did nothing to save the marriage. But I have 2 young boys, and I want to improve my communication skills with them and everyone around me. So is this the right course for me?

If It takes another 3 to 6 MORE months of your partner resisting you, all I see is disaster. Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but resisting means no sexual activity whatsoever. Google even agrees with long periods of time can cause health issues in men. She better have some fire down there to go that long. That's like a full-term pregnancy amount of time

I went on a meditation retreat where I did not have sex or ejaculate for 14 months. And my body and mind was fine. In fact, that taught me a valuable lesson where it allowed me to get away from NEEDING sex to WANTING sex... And that, ironically, has been amazing for our sex life. We're having more sex, and better sex, even almost a decade into our relationship. Why? Because coming to sex from a place of WANT and not NEED creates the right environment for passion to flourish. I discussed this in many of my videos. But if you're sure of your approach, then go for it!

I truly appreciate you for that. I do have one question though, so if she tells you that she's made up her mind and don't want to be with you and has developed limerance with someone, what can you do to override her decision so that she can come back to you?

I have a question so do you believe that even if you’re married that you should allow your spouse to explore other avenues even if it becomes a sexual relationship …….. and what is your take it that avenue was already explored previously?
@GeoffreySetiawan
@GeoffreySetiawan 2 жыл бұрын
I am probably going to get bashed for saying this, but yes (I don't subscribe to dogmatic or traditional views of what marriage & relationships are supposed to be - those dogmatic and traditional values, in my opinion, lead to a lot of suppressed and unhappy relationships). The worst kind of marriage is one where both people are super unhappy but feel obligated to stay in the marriage to keep up with appearances, or because some piece of paper tells them to. Again - give your partner enough freedom so she can leave if she wants to, but treat her well enough so she won't want to. The answer is quite simple - if she is not saying "fuck yes" to you, and not able to surrender to her decision to spend her one and ONLY life with you, then you have to ask... Have I actually become irreplaceable? Do I actually understand what it truly means to become irreplaceable? This is especially true if you have explored other relationships previously, but your partner still finds that she cannot commit fully to you.
@GeoffreySetiawan
@GeoffreySetiawan 2 жыл бұрын
@@nothanks2023 Self-respect and self love has nothing to do with strong-arming and forcing your partner to stay. If you DEMAND that your partner stay with you, regardless of how unhappy she is... If you are unable to even look within and see your own faults when your partner wans to get out of the relationship... If you rob yourself of the opportunity to become irreplaceable because you're too afraid to admit that you may not be... Do you really have self-esteem? Or just pseudo, macho, hyper-masculine BS? I'll let you decide for yourself. I have a lot of videos and interviews regarding this topic, so if you really care for an answer, I am sure you can find many through my videos!
