That was beautiful, the cutter followed the same track every time, almost meditative to watch. Thank you.

Good on you. Figuring out single point threading was a chore but I finally got it. The biggest problem I had was figuring out how deep to cut the threads.

Adam Savage's Tested said it well, it's not so much a "how to" as a "what happened" video, and your channel epitomizes that. I want to give you kudos and credit for inspiring me to keep the "oops" moments in my channel's videos. And thank you for the mention in the previous video.

Not that there isn't issue's with people trying to show off or arguing on here but there is a reason why I don't hang out on forums, to many want to start arguments about how they are right and the world is wrong. It's just not worth it sometimes, don't get me wrong you can get some good advise from forums but some of them just aren't worth the hassle. Some free advise and take it for what you paid for it, start trying the test nut a bit earlier and when you get close do a spring pass which is taking dial in to the same previous setting and run another pass, it will clean up the threads as well as still removing about .001 or so, so the nut will fit tighter and the thread be more consistent. Again, free advise and take it for what you paid for it.
