If you have 3d printer you could figure out modul of gear. There are online gear calculators that can help you figure out by diametar of gear and number of tooth.

I figured it out between subscribers like yourself and a few videos. It’s a Module 1.5

I hope you have fun making your gear. A quick way to work out the module of a metric gear is diameter/number of teeth+2 so I think your gear is module 1.5 (39mm/(24teeth+2)) and l think a module 1.5 cutter number 4 is for 21 to 25 teeth. I'm learning too so you might want to check the figures.
