Some days are just going to be meh days. I don’t think you had a wasted day: you got some needed sleep, you got some exercise, you had meetings. And that’s ok! Give yourself some grace ❤ These videos you’ve been making recently have really inspired me to be more productive and to try and work on my mental health, so thank you for creating some great content

Hailey, you are so hard on yourself, it's painful to watch sometimes. I am rooting for you, this journey is inspiring. But like when you said you're going for the bike ride AND listen to the audiobook for the book of the month (and kill two birds with one stone), that's when I thought "ah, she's not relaxing, she's checking two items from the to-do list!" Obviously, you do you and what helps you the best, I just really think you are very hard on yourself. Just go for a bike ride without anything on, listen to the surroundings, maybe. Sorry, don't want to preach or anything, I'm just genuinely conserned. I think you're doing more than enough. :)

I genuinely enjoy biking and listening to an audiobook! I find it super relaxing and joyful, even though it does check off to do list items. Don’t worry haha! 💜

Hailey sometimes the great thing about a day is it keeps moving - move with it. The morning sucked but maybe you could’ve moved over something not as important or dropped it and still take your lunch. You are important. Also tomorrow is new day to let go of yesterday so I’m glad you ended the vlog on forgiving yourself and moved on 🤗 Morning meditation and journaling - I find that inspiring for my life 💞

Your video really has a magical calming energy✨ I have been super anxious in the past week even though it’s summer holiday and I shouldn’t, but I was a bit ptsd about the uni experience. I take sleeping medication to for a lot of the same reasons you do and I feel terrible if I don’t sleep 8 to 9 hrs it takes me longer to wake up and I’m sluggish all day.

I have the hardest time getting up early and staying up. You are not alone in this situation. I had to ask my mom for a old alarm clock because my phone habit was not working. It is so frustrating. I did not get mad at myself today. That is one step toward progress.

Ughh you have no idea how timely this video is for me. I needed thisss! I made a full list for this week and to dos for today (Monday) and then I woke up so much later than I wanted and had period cramps and just couldnt so anything but sit around and ended up crying in frustration because I have so much I need to do. I just did a couple of very small tasks to feel a little better, did a 10 min meditation, and did self care day with a movie and fried chicken nuggies.... lol hopefully with a good nights sleep tonight I can start the week off smoother tomorrow now. But it's just so nice to see other girlie having my same struggles. We are not alone!!! Sometimes it's just a tired, jelly side down kind of day lol! Love the content as always!! ❤

Have you ever thought of getting a small apartment as an “office”? Or going to a coffee shop or library to get out of the house and force yourself to take breaks? I really struggled with working from home then being at home on maternity leave right after. I know it’s not the same but have you considered it?

I know that when you take certain sleeping meds, you have to sleep for like a solid 8 hours of sleep. Otherwise, you can feel really sick. So maybe it’s the amount of sleep you’re getting?

A few mh meds do this and sometimes switching when you take it or even when you're eating can help too! ❤

I’m sorry about the headphones, especially with how pricey they were 🙁 I heard something before about breaking a day into parts (3 or 4 parts). So like morning, afternoon, evening, before bed. Or morning, afternoon, late afternoon, evening. The idea is if one part sucks or gets wasted, you can start fresh with the next part The sleeping meds I was on before what I have now would knock me outttt 😂 I’d still be groggy the next day no matter how much sleep I got. I switched to a new kind that’s so much better 😇
