Many consider their dogs their children. We're talking about man's best friend. Dogs are America's beloved family members. My darling Rexie is my pride and joy. No way to compare dogs to farm animals although it is all wrong. I stopped eating beef, lamb, pork, chicken, fish thanks to my vegan friend's graphic gory videos and posts. Guard dogs risk their lives in order to protect their families. Seeing eye dogs and therapy dogs assist the disabled. Dogs risk their lives in service positions to save humans. Dogs are heroes during wartime. Dogs comfort their owners when sick. Dogs obey a variety of commands that assist in armed forces and police work. How anyone can call a dog lover who wants the torture and horrors they endure stopped a hypocrite is incomprehensible.

These poor dogs including toy sized fluffs that I am partial to although I love all dogs are blow torched, boiled and skinned alive due to delusional belief that it makes the meat taste better. It is heinous cruelty that must stop.

Lada Duncheva Dogs show much more compassion, no argument there. I'm a vegetarian myself, I do agree with what you say but you gotta realize how much more of a title dogs have then farm animals. Most of the time, pigs cows etc, are killed mostly humane to a certain extent. But what they do in China to the dogs is something so horrifying it's hard to describe. I'm not gonna get into detail on how they kill the dogs, but a way they transport them in Asia is by putting them in small chicken cages, more then 4 dogs per cage, they slam the cages and the dogs all inside brake bones starve on way of transports to the slaughter house. And once they get to the slaughter house, (gonna sound graphic) sometime they beat the dog to death or skin it alive, with dull knives, typically if they were to beat a dog to death, they will hang it up by the legs, and beat it like a piñata. It's truly horrific and I don't understand why people like you are so rebellious against this act, and use "you eat cows pig etc" strategy, because the way dogs are is much different then farm animals, yes farm animals do matter a lot to us but in my opinion don't come near dogs.

I think for us in Europe and the US, Dogs hold such a special place in our hearts by either owning them or growing up with them in your family. Because as an animal they give so much back to us, without really trying the bond wee have with them is so strong, that any kind of cruel behaviour towards them brings our own instinct to protect them.
