Alcohol and refined sugar are highly toxic for the body, no wonder you have a hard time coming back from that!! Luckily I quit alcohol for good four years ago, it lowers your vibration tremendously!! There always needs to be some greens involved during the day, because chlorophyll helps detoxify the blood (scientific fact!)! That's why I always take chlorella algae to always have chlorophyll in my body and detox constantly and instantly and have a balance in my body, even when I choose to eat a cheese pizza!!
