I just recently did this on my shop's drain pan. It's gigantic. I had to put a ladder inside of it to get up and down to the bottom. It was filled to the top before I decided to drain it, I had no idea it was that deep. I dunno if this is something you'd be willing to do, but I'd love to see an "odd tools" video. Things like window cleaning wands, pressure washer accessories, and the occasional one off tool to make the detailing life easier!

Yeah, it’s super handy! Thankfully here in Montreal where I live, it's part of the build code to have at least one in a garage, as we have intense winters here in Canada. I paid an extra when our house was being built to have a second one added too. One for each vehicle basically.

@@PanTheOrganizer can't do that on the WC unfortunately. Only one outside of the garage door if anything. But that also means water will reach the sides of the garage door. The metal pieces may rust over time if that's the case.

It may be possible but probably hard to get rid of the smell. Start by cleaning absolutely everything, even the headliner, then use an ozone generator. I never tried because I am not interested of doing this kind of service but yeah it may be a good start 🙂

@PanTheOrganizer2 ай бұрын
I was lucky enough to have been able to order this years ago in my previous home when Eley were still shipping to Canada. It seems they stopped offering shipping options to Canada a few years ago. :( Your best bet would be to order from the US and have it shipped to a forwarding facility somewhere in the USA near the border, and go pick it up yourself, and pay import fees and taxes yourself.

Do you not want to use a wet filter in the vac for this? Might affect the motor no

A wet n dry vacuuming is perfectly suited for sucking up liquids. Usually you just remove the air filter when it comes to liquids. Just follow the instructions of the shop vac you are using.

Here's an official tour of my garage should you want to get all the details about how it was built and designed with car detailing in mind: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ramZeYd4dt-Yjqssi=rYU2Vq3u5JIli1XI The 2024 awards video was removed. After reading the feedback in the comments, there were a lot of people that were saying that I should not have included my line of products and the ones from Detail Co in the awards, as they are new to the market and not tested by the public yet. When it was time to start prepping for the awards video, I asked myself the question: “Should I include my own products or not?” And I had decided to include them, because in my heart of hearts I knew how good they were since I had spent so much time on R&D and testing. I had also been able to test a few Detail Co products ahead of launch to share my feedback with the owners, and I really enjoyed them. Hence why they were also included. As people now started receiving their orders and started testing, independent reviews are popping up and show that my products perform to a very high level. I’ll let the products speak for themselves. I want to thank everyone for their continued support of the CLEAN By Pan The Organizer launch of car care products!

@@PanTheOrganizer I don't know what they would be called. I guess that's why you have to fill it with water, because of the sewer drain. Funny that just last week Mitch from TheDetailGeek showed his drain pit being cleaned out. His is apparently connected as well, since he filled it with water too.
