Please help, I'm desperate. I had a fluid filled squishy lump that grew in size and after taking medication, the size decreased but it became really firm/hard, but the lump was not painful, and it still not is. My doctors tell me it's not Bartholin cyst, but they don't tell me what it is either, and now they're suggesting surgery. Can you help me? because surgery is expensive and I can't afford that

Neither of them are offering an answer to what it is or suggesting any diagnosis to confirm what it is. They're just going with their guts and suggesting surgery. This is so heartbreaking.
