While on a quest to increase your flexibility as an adult, you need to understand the training components that really matter in a flexibility training session. Flexibility training is neither simple nor easy; trust me, it can become extremely ineffective if you think of it only as stretching exercises. In this video, I tried to explain what flexibility training is about by showing the essential components of two different methods. The Contract Relax (CR) and the Contract Passive Range (CPR).
