First, THANK YOU for not ruining this with spontaneous static lolbloodeyes 3spoopy5me. I know the game did that, and it kind of worked since it wasn't expected, but every parody that does this comes off as a shitty creepy pasta. Most people would end this with "JK JUST MONIKA OOOOH SPOOKY ZOMG SCURRY FACE". No, this is about Sayori and you kept it about Sayori. Thank you! I'm so glad you didn't ruin the depressing ending with shoehorned in creepy pasta imagery. The music simply falters as Sayori dies, it works perfectly. That's all it needed and it works! Anyway, I think the giggling was a bit overdone, but it does make sense for Sayori. The last line "Please let me leave" is especially painful since everyone in the game leaves in the end (gets deleted), yet, you can always reset and force her to live again.

Since I didn't see any of what I'll say in the comments, I'll state it myself. (Btw, this is a very dark statement) In the game, where Sayori kills herself, notice she has blood on her fingers? Well, when someone hangs themselves, they stand on a high stool and fall with the rope tied around their neck, their neck snaps, having a fast and simple death But if the stool or chair is not high enough, it will leaving them hanging for ten minutes Thats what happened to Sayori Instead of her having a fast and painless death, it was full of pain Her survival instincs kick in and tried cutting the rope with her fingers, but she cut her fingers instead of the rope, then after minutes, dead Edit: Don't ask how I know that. Just don't.

I know this is very late but if you just sit around when you're stuck with Monika after she deletes everyone she'll eventually tell you how Sayori messed up while trying to kill herself, only to freak out or change her mind or something and try to get free. It's one of the more disturbing things amongst all the random conversations she has with you as she just sits there and calmly tells you it in such horrible details.

Everytime I see a video about ddlc I can't help but think about how horrifying it'd be if the MC was in a similar state as Monika but Monika never knew that. He's just trying to enjoy the unusual hand he's dealt only to watch unable to do anything as Sayori and Yuri die, Natsuki is deleted then Monika sits talking to some person all while he's trapped, unable to do anything or to speak of his own will because the player is the one in control, then he's suddenly deleted along with the rest of the game, never getting a chance at free will.
