Diet will give great results in the short run but 2 years down the line you will put back all the weight and some kg's more also...I went from 115 kgs to 85 kg's in 10 months then i gained back to 100kgs now...only weight lifting in my home let me stay in 100kg range with some food control...dropping weight is easy by maintaining weight is impossible without exercise.

Good diet and effective one. Instead of taking single diet this diet gives balanced nutrition. Only rice gets substituted with millet and also sugr cuts. Also we can make many tiffin recipies with millets. At beginning stge weight reduces slowly but then 2kgs for 10 dys. Effective and nutritional diet. Thnk u

மேடம் நீங்கள் சொன்னது அருமையானது. ஆனால் என் உடம் நீர் கோர்த்தது போல் தொல தொலவென இருக்குது. என்ன செய்தாலும் குறைய மாட்டேன்னுது. கடுமையான கூலி வேலை செய்தும் ஒரு மாற்றமும் தெரியவில்லை. நியூட்ரிஷன் செண்டர் போய் பார்தேன் அதிலும் ஒரு மாற்றமும் தெரியவில்லை. எனக்கு இரவில் தூக்கம் வருவதில்லை, பசி நல்லா எடுக்கும், செரிமானம் சரியாக நடக்காது. மோஷன் சரியாக போகாது. எப்பொழுதும் சோர்வாக இருக்கிறேன். குறைவாக சாப்பிட்டால் சோர்வாக இருக்கிறேன். சிலர் மெட்டபாலிசம் சரியாக நடக்கவில்லை என்றும்,ஹீமோகுளோபின் அளவு குறைவாக இருக்கும், ஹார்மோன் சார்ந்த பிரச்சினைகள் என்று சொல்கிறார்கள். எனக்கு வயது35, எடை 115, உயரம் 165, பாதிக்குமேல் எடை அதிகமாக இருக்கிறேன். டயட் பாலோபன்னும் போது மிகவும் சோர்வாகிவிடுகிறேன். எனக்கு ஏதேனும் வைத்தியம் சொல்லுங்கள். 9361636770
