How is this stock bottom end if the pistons were flycut?
@GwatneyPerformance Жыл бұрын
Because the parts are stock. Modifying the pistons for reliefs has always been something the LS guys have done for 20 plus years.

Are you running a vacuum pump? Honestly I'm surprised you aren't running a crank scraper Are you running the holley smart coils?
@Stevens79833 жыл бұрын
Stock ls3 coils. Tried vac pump on the dyno, and with the stock rings the gains were minimal and 10-12” of vaccum dropped oil psi.

Its all good and all but most ppl with 5th gen camaros will never strip their car down to 2500lbs or even put 829hp on their sbe. So no bro your not going to get into the 8's with heads cams intake on a full weight daily lol.
@jfmjr19703 жыл бұрын

It has not been balanced. Crank is as it came from gm 80k miles ago lol.

Proving weight reduction alone can help your car and maybe more then just adding HP. If your on a budget and don't mind driving a tin can down the track. I do wondering if you took a stock car and did exactly what he did with his weight reduction what would you numbers be?
