The trainer here is using step aerobics during this session. Step aerobics is an up-tempo way to increase heart rate and increase fitness without putting added stress on the joints. It increases overall fitness by building strength and boosting cardiovascular health. Research has even shown that doing step aerobics can boost mood and energy levels.
