People didn't getting proper judgement even today , maximum no of judges are arogant and their judgements . So my suggestion is to appoint Three judges to provide proper judgements. Moreover there should be mental check up for all the judges mandatory twice in a year , for proper judgements.

The judge was visible scared and angry, when he saw the 'Not going forward'. Because of judges like these, the justice even it is fair, becomes a torture. That's why people usually sort the matters by themselves. Society has become more of an eye for an eye, because of the corrupt judges like this Vivek Rusia.. Don't know how do we call them lordship and honorable. All the judges need to be accountable for their actions. Even when the judges are retired, they go on to sit on other important benches till their lives end.
