how about traction alopecia? will this force hurt the follicles?
@doughw56645 жыл бұрын
airrwalker, If done properly, you will move the scalp and not let the hand slide over the hair. With traction alopecia, the follicle is under constant tension over time. This is not the case with the exercises and I have not seen a case where the follicles were adversely affected.

If I had 1000 grafts left and I was to diligently do these exercises for the next 6 months will it help in increasing the number of grafts and if so can the number go up by 1000 roughly?

Kapow4, the total available left in your donor bank will not change regardless of your scalp's laxity. Its a case of how much of the total reserves can be taken in one session. For FUT, within reason, there is no such thing as too loose. The more mobility, the more options for yield, removing previous scarring, etc.

Does this massage helps to grow hair for girls?

no, this is to make your scalp more flexible for an FUT hair transplant. Try dermarolling with a 1mm roller for hair growth, and rogaine for women
