Im 59, started losing hair 25 yrs ago, taking minoxidil since 40, but still lost hair to the point of needing a hat. I had a spine issue at 55 and started using an inversion table and immediately started seeing hair regrowth. At the same I figured Id get serious about my health and scaled into a hardcore longevity regimen, diet, exercise and supplements. I have had enough regrowth that i no longer need a hat. I no longer shed hair, I still want more regrowth and will incorporate whatever natural methods I can. BTW I do 15 minutes per day on the inversion table. Massage scalp in shower, but now i will add in more massage time out of shower. I put peppermint oil with carrier on scalp at nite when sleeping. I stopped taking Minoxidil all together. Thanks for the informative video on massaging scalp.

Do scalp massage 4-5 min specially in the shower under moderated hot water ! You will see gain in very short time . Never use any kind shampoos. But beneficial planted soaps. But only apply 1 time. Do not wash 2 times. The logic is that scalp need to be moisturized. After shower you need to apply your favourite non greasy lotion or anything . I could find a great mixture includes moringa, clove and hibiscus. You can find it here on KZbin. Thank me later . We will all succeed 🙌🏻

I been going ham for like 6 months now. My hair definitely looks fuller. My haircuts look way better. My routine is when I wash my hair, I'm using a scalp brush to get the dandruff off as much as possible. I do hand massages for about 3-5 minutes to really get the blood flowing. I make sure my scalp is moving significantly. Then I use my Breo scalp massager until it turns off automatically. The scalp massager really moves my scalp in a shiatsu type of motion. I use it about 10 minutes. I just do it while I'm watching a video like this one. I think 3 x a week is enough to see results in half a year. Of course in this case more is actually better. I try to do it daily. In the beginning I was doing it twice a day. That fibrosis is definitely a culprit. A lot of my friends ended up with shiny heads in their late 20's and early 30's were experiencing MPB.
@Insp.CountMortisWinshipKlaw2 ай бұрын
Its lymphatic stagnation that causes fibrosis. The massage is allowing the blood to flow through to the hair follicles. Its better to stop cooked foods and eat a raw fruit diet along with your massage routine.

I watched your 2019 video about a year ago as I laid in my bed worried about my baldness setting in. At that time I was only left with brown thin hairs on my front scalp. On the head they were dense but my temples where going back, so i freaked out and started to search on the internet. I ended up learning almost everything about aga and the tecniques to fight it, and since I've allways been afraid of finasteride i decided to try scalp massages. I used to scalp massage every day for months, then i went on and off different times but what i noticed is that my receiding stopped or at least really slowed down. Now i'm 28 and i stopped scalp massage years ago but my head is still pretty full of hair, maybe my hairline is a bit worse but in 7 years i didn't lose a lot. I'm gonna restart to scalp massage and derma rolling to keep my scalp healthy, imo everyone should at least try to scalp massage for at least 6/8 months and judge the resoults, it's free and natural with no sides at all. It can be tiring to massage every day but i'm ok if i can keep my hair

How does massaging inhibit the 5ar enzyme? If it’s blood flow then why not take low dose oral minoxidil??????

Im almost 18 and I started losing hair at 15-16 and at my age its really hard because it affects my self-esteem and confidence. I used Minoxidil and dermaroller for 6 months and I could see improvement in my hairline that is not that bad but the top of my head is really losing hair, I stopped the treatment because I couldnt afford it. But now I heard about scalp massage and soon I would like to keep going with a treatment, I guess I just have bad luck i hope I still having good hair at least till 30yro

Same brother, can't afford it & don't want to bother my parents. Lets try scalp massage.

To the presenter: You've said you and all your family has receding hairline and rapid loss. How did you achieve to look like you do on this video? What did you apply to your hair?

Given that I don’t know how much this video is informative and how much commercial, anyway I must say that I had never heard these info before, and they sound definitely reasonable. Thank you

Wouldn’t microneedling cause build up of scar tissue/collagen?
@deathsupplier84082 ай бұрын
depends on healing and your frequency

Good question. I had the same question. Microneeding seems to work for hair loss yet it builds up more collagen
@zgts4uАй бұрын
@@dedezee11 it does leading to a tighter scalp which causes further miniaturisation due to scar tissue, tightness thus suffocating the hair
@dedezee11Ай бұрын
@@zgts4u but people have had good outcome with using micrneedling on their scalp. How can that be then?
@zgts4uАй бұрын
@@dedezee11 you need the right length, virtually no pressure and don’t go too deep, it should only be to help product penetration and not to stimulate collagen production

What would be useful is an anti-anti-aging jab lol. Something to break down and destroy collagen at the local site. The opposite of what the world wants ironically.
