石城定置漁場有兩個大水槽,有時會短暫養著定置網捕撈到的中大型魚種,讓趕不及的散客也能買到活跳跳的野生海魚,但不是每天都有,都是看天看運氣。
這次去漁港原本是想挑一些黃雞魚,沒看到黃雞魚,老闆說有活著的黑豬哥,之前網友李大哥有拍照給我看,說黑豬哥好吃,我就買三條回家試試,取肉率很高,一口氣做了生魚片、清蒸、油炸、肝醬、魚湯五吃。
我通常都是在礁溪找咖啡廳待著,等漁場的LINE群起魚通知,從礁溪去石城差不多半小時路程,這次去的店是奶油麵包。
