Took me about a year to find a nice TTG in Sydney. I found myself in a similar situation, in need of a bigger family car. Logically after owning and working on Barras most my life a TTG was the ideal option. One finally popped up at a dealership asking for a fair bit knowing what they had. We pulled up and this thing was immaculate and I couldn't walk away. Since my year and a bit of ownership I have yet to see another one on the streets of Sydney. So far I've only done basic mods like BOV, intake and debung the exhaust. As well as upgrading to a Kayhan system and full security system. Only just discovered your content and glad to see some Territory stuff happening. Cheers for some inspiration, love yours and your sons work. Also have a nitro blue FG xr50

'Never trust anyone online': immortal words. You've amassed quite a car collection, but please, make sure you hang onto this one, a Territory Turbo, and a Ghia, at that. It's amazing how rare some parts are for the local Fords. One thing that I am disappointed with is that I think that Ford should have done a lot more to provide ongoing parts support for these amazing cars, especially given their long 'useful lives'.

I will Endeavour to keep it as long as I can, my missus unfortunately even after doing all this work cleaning it up doesn’t really like it. However literally 2 days ago I upgraded the ICC to the new Kayhan Linux CarPlay unit + a new steering wheel and she’s loving it now! Thanks for your comment

Its sweet how this territory has progressed from where it was to now. I ended up buying a 07 Ghia in Ego too after watching the first few videos, just need to swap the interior to black with a sy2 parts ghia i got. definitely got me wanting to do it now after watching this today.

The territory, with the exception of the jaguar f pace svr, is the only SUV i would buy. Its an actual sports utility vehicle. Cant wait to see more!

thanks mate for you comment, I believe you can use HP tuners I could be wrong but it will do a similar thing, check out KZbin channel called "goat rope garage" he does LS road tuning heaps of great info on different setups

At the moment no, it’s still repairable write off , and I found out qualified panel beater needs to fix I can’t do it myself so on hold at the moment

No Territory turbo is “Junk” no matter how rough. A Hyundai Santa Fe, Kia Sorento and Holden Captiva are examples of “Junk”

What you think it needs may not be what the next guy says it needs. A lot.of this time that sort of thing is subjective commensurate with the age of the car and the Kilometers. SY territories have been doing the rounds for a lot of years now. You got it for a dam good price, it's original appearance to anyone who's dealt with cars in any type of volume suggests 'this is gonna need some bucks spent'.

He even states that it’s a 7 seater in the ad which it is not , came with set of wheels that he knew didn’t even fit and didn’t tell me, missing at least 10 bolts from under the car and around , tailshaft only on finger tight , cluster and ECU been cut out and changed, literally would not ID himself of give me his licence number after asking multiple times ,
