How long have you been experiencing this?

@@cfsrecovery I had one Astra zeneca in march 2021..prior to that I was just having bouts of sporadic fatigue, headaches the odd bout of vertigo etc and feeling weird in the mornings especially in spring but I could exercise and do what I wanted .I reckon I had mild ME before and the vaccine tipped me over the edge and now I'm experiencing a lot more symptoms and orthostatic intolerance and flare ups which restrict me living a full life.

Hello, so I've been suffering from CFS for four years now, and have been slow recovering (many thanks to your techniques) but after a big crash in november things have changed in strange ways for me. Now, long before I get any post exertional malaise, I get some serious back stiffness almost to the point of aches(no pain, never had fibro), as well as an exhaustion very much resembling a healthy persons (with very little exertion, I might add). The strange part about all of this is that it is new and sudden onset after the crash. I would say it is me being out of shape but I am actually in some of the best physical condition I have been since I got cfs (paced exercise) however, exercise has only made these symptoms WORSE, no matter how conseritive or paced it it. I have also tried the "just rest" for weeks at a time to little avail. Is this something you have had? and if so, is this something I should get checked out or just try and retrain the symptoms?

Hey Jake. Not sure if I'm following! So you have exhaustion resembling healthy persons but you feel worse with exercise? If you've got it checked out before then chances are they're going to say the exact same thing. I'd say don't even try doing exercise until you can function normally with minimal symptoms. Better to use your energy and capacity for daily activities and then when it's time to introduce exercise it should be VERY gradual. As in walking for at least a couple weeks and expanding that before trying to run or speed walk

I work upright, standing up for over 20 minutes a day. Tell me why I still have horrible symptoms. Make it make sense.
@cfsrecovery
@cfsrecovery Жыл бұрын
I understand how frustrating it can be when you experience symptoms despite working upright and standing for extended periods of time. While standing upright is an important step, it's important to remember that recovery from takes time and varies from person to person. There can be various factors contributing to your symptoms, and it's important to consider other aspects of your lifestyle, such as pacing, stress management, and self-care. Stay patient and keep exploring different strategies that can help improve your symptoms and overall well-being. It may also be beneficial to consult with a person who specializes in CFS to further explore your symptoms and develop a personalized approach for managing them. This is why we have the CFS Recovery Jumpstart Program! You can check it out here www.cfsrecovery.co/apply
