Happy birthday Cody!! JB, when you went head first in a slide down, my heart skipped a beat...and I bet yours did also!! Fun runs but sketchy. Glad you all are safe.

Glad you got up there! I went to loveland and they got about 14 inches over Monday and Tuesday then 7 more on Wednesday. Almost fell off a cliff turning with skis though because I also couldn't, also almost got buried and stuck in powder, glad someone was there to help me. Tomorrow is my sixth month of bein a member, hope this season lasts longer

Man, Making me wish the season was not over yet here in NM! Bummer!! Looked like a lot of fun! Was able to get one day like that this year in Santa Fe, but fell into stream and had to dig myself out. exhausted.

Dude I've missed the last 5 weeks from a meniscus injury but saw the storm on the radar and wanted to get one last pow day. like 3 turns in, the heavy ass wet snow just instantly reaggravated my injury. The snow was so heavy and thick

Did you mean to say Ute Peak? Ute Mountain is on a reservation outside of Cortez, and is a sacred mountain that only tribe members are allowed on.

you keep repeating the phrase storm slab... that is not a storm slab nor even a slab. that is dense unconsolidated powder...
