Poor London 😢 I remember being her age and being embarrassed of my diabetes and kids can be so mean at that age. Hopefully she knows the severity of giving too much insulin. Like I said before your an amazing mom! Diabetes can make no sense sometimes even when your doing all the right things! ❤❤

Glad that London is ok. I think she may be getting ready for puberty and that can cause drastic changes with t1d. Have your endo talk to you about it so you know what to look forward to. Blessings to you all. 🙏

I eat Rebel ice cream with no spike for me (when I dose the total carbs) with a Keebler cone (only 5 carbs for cone)

Thank you , she is on control IQ and we love it because it has eliminated a lot of me having to give her insulin at night and it really regulates her BS.

My ex was insulin dependent. Doctor prescribed too much insulin, she literally had to eat a bowl of cereal every night before bed to take night insulin or she wake up on verge of coma next morning.
