Hi Emily, I watch your videos and feel i can relate to you in so many ways. I suffer from extream schizophrenic episodes and i suffer from unstable personality disorder and deep depression too, I also self harm daily. About a year ago i was sectioned to a mental health unit myself by the police for 3 months after the voices in my head told me to kill myself and I hung myself but survived after 3 months in ITC and a long stay in the mental health unit. Since I was released from the hospital mental health unit, My mental health illnesses have just become worse. I still have many break downs and suicidal thoughts daily and i still hear the voices in my head and self harm. I feel no one truly understands me, I feel very lonely and feel so alone living on my own. I really wish i had the chance just to sit down with you and just talk as i know you would understand how i felt inside. I really could do with a very sweet girl like you in my life as u are such a brave girl and everything you talk about really touches my heart. I wish i could be as strong as you. Thai xx

I hope you are doing well , Emily.Having Schizophrenia isnt always easy but hopefully the meds change will make a difference in treating the symptoms , better.I was also diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder , a few years ago.Finding the right meds plus dosage is important but sometimes tricky.I am currently taking olanzapine.Would you perhaps , like to keep contact with me?If not I would totally understand. Its just that I dont have any friends with this condition.Wishing you all the best for the future.

Was it clozapine they’d have to monitor? I hope you eventually tried it, despite the annoyance of the bloodwork, it’s an incredibly effective medication. I know many people who have been thriving for years on it.

are those new Meds working for you???.......I'm also on Seroquel and I know that for some people it doesn't work. I've been a lot of different meds, until we finally found the right combination......Make sure to tell the Dr.'s if a med isn't working for you, cause not everyone responds the same. What might work for someone else may not work for you. anyway, I'm sure you know that. Happy Belated B-Day!!!.

For mental patients, people recognised them and passed condemnation. Why. Because they are not focused. They behave in depression, deeply in thoughts. They should be subconscious and relaxed. Try to concentrate and normalised ignore curses and dangers. They should try to spread their charisma characteristics.

Most people in the mental hospital don't want to take medication, because it makes them act like zombies. Plus most of them have bad side effects. You have to help yourself, like John Nash, cutie.

Did you ever try to just listen to the voices and not talk back? You should take advantage over this and just breath apply your whole entire focus on this, allow your diaphragm to reach as low as comfortably possible and let it out dont get distracted by anything and just keep going this activity empties your mind well you'll notice am empty mind and breath you wouldn't want to talk and you'd be calm like it actually helps the comfort around being a strong silent type is good its like the less i breath in my sleep the more caleries id see things shorter breathes bring more voices

This is going to sound a bit odd. I noticed the crystals and skull-head thing behind you against the wall. Do you think you can remove them left them somewhere outside your place of abode for 2 weeks. Monitor changes in your life. If not difference than you can put them back.
