Milk bun recipe:
2 eggs.
3 tablespoons sugar.
50 grams of soft butter.
270 ml warm milk.
40 ml sunflower oil.
5 grams of dry yeast.
650 grams of flour.
2 teaspoons salt.
1 egg yolk + 1 teaspoon milk.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
