Stop buying bread and make chaabata using this recipe. Bread with alveoli.
Ciabatta.
Ciabatta RECIPE.
Bread with alveoli.
100 ml warm water.
20g sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
3 tablespoons flour.
Mix everything well.
Cover the yeast mixture with a kitchen towel.
Leave the yeast mixture in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Sift 500 g flour.
I use pizza flour.
You can use any flour with a high protein content of 12-13%.
1.5 teaspoons salt.
Mix everything together.
Make a well in the flour.
Add yeast mixture.
350 ml warm water.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
30 ml vegetable oil.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
In 20 minutes.
Fold the dough like I did.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Wet your hands with water.
Fold the dough several times.
Shape the dough into a round shape with your hands.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Make punctures in the foil with a knife.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 50 minutes.
The dough turned out well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Stretch the dough with your hands.
Fold the dough like I did.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Place the dough on a baking tray with baking paper.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
The dough turned out well.
Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
Bake the bread until golden brown.
Ciabatta is ready!
