Whether you use 10 agencies or 1. You will still end up paying the same tax. Because HMRC will still come for their money or they will change your tax code in order to collect the tax you owe.

True but your take home is higher at the end of the day if you split it up the way i said. Try and and see the difference. You could be taking home an extra £100 using this method

@ScholasticaUgboka i know. Its like eating your food before paying for it. You will get a bill later from HMRC to pay the balance of the taxes you owe.

Mind you,ISA account is specifically for buying houses and the house must not be more than £450,000. Think about how much houses are being sold currently in the UK. The funniest thing is that you can't change your mind and withdraw your money without being charged a huge amount ,they will take all the interests including your main money. Think about these factors before getting into your journey of ISA🎉

Please, get a full time job o. Never depend 100% on agencies because you’ll definitely get disappointed with “no shifts”. You can get a full time job and still suffice with agencies, once or twice a week. Agency gives cool money, but don’t be carried away o, shifts could be lacking at some point. Ps: all the points she made is on point. Limit your spendings and try to save/invest. Also, leverage on your skills as it will fetch you cool cash. All the best guys!

Houses are small for a reason that is scientifically important. If you did Physics in school you should know about the relationship between volume , pressure, energy and temperature with time . To cut a long story short, small houses are easy and quicker to heat up and get warm compared to larger ones. Almost every house that is large spend more on heating and don’t even get warm enough for comfort .

how do one invest in properties in the uk
@ScholasticaUgboka
@ScholasticaUgboka Ай бұрын
it's the same as buying a house but this time you won't buy like you want to live in it. you ll get it as a buy to let property instead. you can also get cheap houses on Auction and refurbish it then sell it at a higher price or you can buy a block of apartments in tourist areas like london and use them as Airbnb or student accommodation. investing in real estate is expensive but the benefits are worth it down the line
