Podcast chapters: 01:21 Adam is a self-made millionaire and serial entrepreneur who runs multiple businesses in education and finance. Adam's businesses focus on education and empowering people with knowledge and skills. The finance business is the most profitable, while the youth business employs the most staff but is the least profitable. 11:36 🤔 The speaker reflects on the pursuit of happiness and suggests finding purpose and enjoying the journey instead. The speaker emphasizes the importance of finding purpose in life, such as being a good father and husband. Instead of achieving to be happy, the speaker suggests happily achieving and enjoying the process. The speaker observes that constantly pursuing desires can lead to a cycle of unhappiness and always seeking the next goal. 23:21 💼 Adam talks about his experience in making money from a young age and his perspective on parenting. Adam started making money at 13 by doing part-time jobs and eventually saved up to buy his first mobile disco system. Adam believes that depriving kids of certain things can teach them values and motivate them. Adam credits his dad for teaching him the importance of not giving in to every want and how it shaped him today. 36:04 🔑 The key to unlocking transformation is for the person to want to change. Belief systems play a crucial role in transformation. Recognizing and changing limiting beliefs can lead to a different perspective and behavior. 45:09 📈 It is important to look at a person's track record when evaluating their investment advice and teaching. Short-term success in the market can be due to luck or gambling instincts. Longevity and consistency of performance are important factors to consider. Regularly sharing personal trading records can build trust

Adam Khoo - 'My parents never give me any money. Only give me money to eat and take transport' Also Adam - 'My dad sent me on a sponsored motivation youth camp when I was a hopeless teenager' If not for his rich daddy, Adam would have ended up in ITE. Rich kids like Adam are typical nepo babies, who don't recognise the incredible priviledge they are born into, and really think that he is some self-made millionaire. I bet his daddy's connections had a lot to do with his success - something he will never acknowledge.

Would a millionaire teaches others how to make money when he can keep his secret formula to himself to keep earning big bucks? No need to think too hard to get the answer. Some people like to use their mouth to earn a living. No liability at all
@stickymoney Жыл бұрын
I would agree on the no liability part. Alot of high-earners out there do business (esp earning parents' money or for "greed" or out of "fear") that has zero liability but people still pay for it. Gotta give it to Adam though. Whatever brings the dough (legally). And a big one

Most people want to make money their way so even if they are taught how to make big money, they wont do it because why? It takes work.
