School’s Out: Places of Learning in Norwich

Norwich can claim to be one of the most scholarly cities in England, with two universities, one of the earliest public schools, the most popular library in Britain, plus many other places where formal and informal learning can take place from writing to dancing.

The motto of the High School/Girl's Public Day School Trust is 'Knowledge is now no more a fountain sealed', a quotation from Tennyson's long poem The Princess. Unfortunately what we hear in the commentary are the words 'Norwich now no more a fountain sealed'!
