This is my favorite lift now by far. It's so much fun. Right now at 72.5lbs. Goal is get to 100 in 3 months.

I do weight training 6 days a week then table time one day a week.

awesome lifts. if you don't mind my asking how much do you weigh? Also I was wondering what would a respectable lift be for a guy weighing around 190 pounds?

188 pounds and going down. I’m honestly not sure what a good number is for this lift. Everyone does it slightly different.
