I’ve got some jalapeños sorted to do this afternoon with some wings. I’ve started de-seeding my jalapeños in a bowl of water so I don’t get seeds all over the kitchen and don’t burn /irritate my eyes. 🔥 💨 🌶

The jalapeños aren’t that easy to get up my way. Might have to plant a few in the patch then it will be problem solved. They definitely tick all the boxes of deliciousness🍻

These videos are no good for my waistline. Assume you can stick two charcoals baskets together in the middle if you don’t have a kettle cone? Nice video again mate 👍🏻

Ha Ha yeah the food doesn't help the waistline Richard Hodgson, 2 baskets together is fine, just watch the radiant heat as it can burn the food closest to it on longer cooks 🍻
