Hello! Thank you very much for coming to watch our movie. We are Team Play On, an animation team based in South Korea. This project, 'Play On,' is our first animation created as our university graduation project. This project started from the idea that it could tell a story about Korean society through the theme of footsteps being imprinted ahead. Especially in South Korea, online games and PC cafes are quite popular, making them a fantastic backdrop to infuse a Korean atmosphere. An interesting fact to note is that the game character's name is Egon, derived from the word 'Ego,' signifying that the character will challenge beyond the rules and possess their own will. And the high school student playing the game is named 'Wooju,' meaning 'Universe' in Korean. This represents the player as a controlling force in the game, making the game character perceive them as a significant presence, much like the universe. Starting with Play On, we have completed the production of an animated short film called 'Crisp Dream.' Those interested can watch the trailer on our channel! I really enjoyed this short. Not only were the game/pc cafe settings well done, but the action was dynamic and fluid too. The best part was the story and it’s message. Great cautionary tale about the choice of whether or not to stay on the path laid out for you as well as how the controlling forces in our lives can put so much pressure on us that we can end up taking it out on others. Solid film, I look forward to seeing what else the studio creates!

@@Tommyhikes Let's be generous and assume that @rakibhasan6809 considers the attitude of the boy disgusting. Isn't it disgusting to try to force the girl into a path she clearly doesn't want? To try to use that much coercive control and to feel and display that much anger when another person has their own idea what they want to do in their life and doesn't follow your commands? Disgusting indeed, and very beautifully and intelligently depicted by the team that created this brilliant short film. 🙂

Brilliantly done. Two thumbs up. But...Sad. She tried so valiantly. You really had me rooting for her. I was saying "fighting!" to her. While he was just a self-entitled, petulant child. And he gets to smirk at her failure. Made me a little angry at that. Which means that you made me feel something. Which is the point. Well done. (but if you ever turn it into a movie, please give it a happy ending.) Animation wise... I really like the animation. Can stand up to the best on the big screen, imo. Best of luck on your work in the future.
