I'm facing this issue from past 6 months. My doctor told me to do proper rest for 20 days, cuz i was not able to stand on my right leg. After this i started walking for like couple of minutes. After ten days, i started increasing time. Now i can walk for 2 hours without pain. But yesterday i hurted my back again. I wish all you guys speedy recovery 😢

Aw, I’m so sorry! The pain or discomfort can be crippling. I have it for the first time at age 63, after working in healthcare all my adult life. We are taught to protect our backs through annual safe moving and handling practices, but I slipped on the ice during winter about seven years ago, and my back has never been the same, so I am normally super vigilant. Foolishly, I have been sleeping on a hard futon for almost a year, caring for elderly parents. I think that’s done it. 🙄 I have watched loads of advice online, and am gently testing everything to see what works for me. I have found some of them very very helpful, others not so much and others too painful. Choose what works for you and what helps ease the pain. My pain is now just discomfort, but I am increasing the strengthening exercises. I don’t want this to happen again. I don’t care if I look like a samurai wrestler, I am not stooping for anything. Even washing the dishes is done with knees bent, glutes tight and core tight. It makes a difference. I wish you a very speedy recovery. The forced rest and the exercises are well worth the daily or hourly effort! 👍👍👍

I had a dance accident on stage 2019. There was probably my hip joint dislocated and quickly went back into the socket. But I had a bad hematoma and couldnt walk well for 2 weeks. Especially steps up. No doctor helped me. No xray. No physiotherapy. Nothing. In 2022 I had an mrt. "Nothing". But now I have acid reflux and more pain in my accident side. I guess there is muscle dysfunction and fascia not working well. Maybe even scartissue inside. I will try to help myself... as usual. Thanks to the doctors like you it is possible to get better... 💖💖💖💖💖💖

I'm into Week 7 of Sciatica Recovery. Today is the BEST day so far...........like I can definitely see a fully healed 'light' at the end of the tunnel now.....i'm a bit scared to do the second movement arching back.....BUT i will try it VERY slowly. It makes sense to arch back opposite way to all the sitting we tend to do nowadays.

I think these are some good stretches for sure. I really need help getting back to "pain free". I have CP in my legs and my hips definitely need some good stretching and alignment. maybe time to use the crutches to re-train. Thanks for the video! I'm sure it will be very helpful!

I think those exercises work better for me at the end of the day, since in the morning the spine is decompressed, and at night it is compressed at its maximum

I get mad relief from stretch 3 (also known as the frof) number 2 ive started to put into my stretching routine as it does give me some relief from lower back pain. Looked at #1 as a result of this vid, feels good will see how it goes by doing it some more. Nice one.

Bạn hãy tập đu xà nhớ thật cân bằng nhé ko dc bên cao bên thấp nó sẽ có hại tôi ở việt Nam và tình trạng đã bình thường sáng đu 5 lần và tối đu 5 lần mỗi lần đu từ 10s--20s trước khi đi ngủ khi đu xà thả lỏng người giữ cho thân thẳng đứng ko dc cử động hãy duy trì mỗi ngày dù sau này hết bệnh

I just had TKA knee surgery after I had the surgery I’ve had sciatica in the no. Surgery leg and won’t go away. I think they set it off jurying surgery

I wouldn’t wish morning sciatica to a worst enemy. Guys, get an xray, make sure you are aligned and all of you muscle groups are in balance. My lower core and glutes were so weak, I think that was the cause of my building disk in L5/S1. You can do this. Get active and healthy. Be strong. 💪

I appreciate the positive message, but x-rays are not indicated for sciatica alone, and we do not need to be "aligned", this is outdated mostly chiropractic dogma

I drive 18 wheeler..from sitting all day..the pain starts in left hip gos all the way. Down to back of my calf..i cant stand very long now..and walking ita very short distance then i have to get off my left leg..i cant believe this is going on..7 yrs years ago i was bodybuilding regulary..im still in pretty good shape but this pain got me bout crippled..

Unfortunately, as you get older kneeling is not something simple to do. I avoid it. I have a hard time moving and believe i need one or two hip replacements. It would be nice to relieve some back pain.

Switched off my 5G on my wifi router and my sciatica disappeared. The pain and discomfort reduced by about 70% the following day and disappeared over the next 10 days. My sciatica pain was caused by pririformis syndrome. It could be that I am sensitive to emf, but its worth a try.

Is it true sciatica or is it pyriformis syndrome. They present the same. So it's important to know what's causing the symptoms. Is it impingement at the nerve invthe spine secondary to disc prolapse or protrusion? Is it due to arthritic changes of the vertebra causing pinching of the nerve or is the pyriformis muscle in the posterior of the hip irritated or tight and thus having an impact of the sciatic nerve as it passes through under or over the pyriformis muscle? See orthopedic Dr to rule out the cause. If it's due to prolapse or protrusion then request a McKenzie protocol trained PT specialist.

Depends on the cause of sciatica, and the severity. Pinched nerve vs damaged nerve. You can balance issues with little nerve pain, you can also have burning pain but no balance issues

You must not do exercises immediately after getting up, at least half an hour must pass, and of that you must walk for 10-15 minutes.
