I used to struggle with my lower back problems for almost 20 years and none of this exercise worked for me. (I probably saw more than 30physio in my life) I finished massage course to help myself and that was a life changer! I understood that strong muscles keep our posture. just book a massage session and ask a massure to focus on glutes properly and release the tensions which create the most of the pain and after that start go to the gym. Simple as that! It’s not all about stretching ! 😡🙌

Hello! I have been following you for some time,and today I will try this type of exercises which in my opinion seem compact and diverse. For a month,I have been dealing with sciatica problems and C6, C7 spondylotics,shoulder problems…I don't really know,which part of my body hurts the most😅 I did physiotherapy in Germany, but the results are very poor. I think I did not receive the type of exercises I need to solve the problem, which is why I cannot continue my job due to these pains. I hope to find a therapist who can help me! (Please, I do not want useless advice, just to describe your personal experiences) Thank you!

@muji69918 күн бұрын
I’ve been doing several of your exercises, along with others at the gym, and my pain has significantly reduced. I also use a supportive seat, which helps a lot. However, I still have some lingering pain, and I’d really like to eliminate it completely. Im going to a physical therapist next while doing what i do, and let's hope it helps

@gabrielmotoc123420 күн бұрын
You need to work your way through pain but in the same time you need to stop at a certain threshold of pain. It is a fine line. If you insist more you trigger a flare up. If you do less you won't improve. Only you can tell where is this fine line, no other person in the world can help you determine this threshold. Best specialists in the world won't be able to tell you when to stop because they don't feel what you feel.
@DirtyDemos20 күн бұрын
@@gabrielmotoc1234 "work through the pain" is wild lmao. Hard pass.
@rehabfix20 күн бұрын
@@DirtyDemos I generally agree, nerve flossing doesn’t help that many people if there is still pressure on the nerve. For most of our clients we prescribe nerve flossing as a secondary movement, not primary. Certain things to address the root needs to be done first. If you want to book a free consultation with us I can shoot a link over

@@gabrielmotoc1234Nerve flossing will only glide the nerve across whatever is compressing it so not exactly the best thing to do in my opinion. It's like rubbing a cable across a table edge until it wears away more.

When a sciatica hits you hard, there's no exercise to give you fast pain relief. Pain killers or a shot of steroids might give you some fast relief. I suffered from this for 1 month of excruciating pain. 3 months to stop being woken up by the pain every single night. 6 months to get back to my normal life without pain. I had an L5-S1 disc protrusion. I am confident that these exercises will help in the long term, but I would still recommend a good physiotherapist to assess your condition, so that they can give you exact exercises that you should focus on. I found bending forward 10x5s every day more helpful than any cobra stretch.
@rehabfix10 күн бұрын
There are definitely positions/exercises that can provide immediate relief!
@sasovrbinc10 күн бұрын
@rehabfix perhaps you're right and it works for some or many people with sciatica. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. 😕 I was desperate to find at least one exercise when I had excruciating pain, but not a single one made any differences. Perhaps I had a more specific problem as I had lower back pain for 15 years (I had a hernia for that long) before I started a physio. 4 months in physio program I got sciatica, 6 months later pain free. Altogether about 1 year to resolve the pain that I suffered for years by doing exercises like demonstrated in this video. ;)
