Yes it's correct she told that so many people are facing this problem but it's different to one to another may this exercise also curing pain to some people not curing some iam doing daily two hours exercise but the pain is not cured but it's not increased thank God 🙏in some you tube links that so many people are suffering to much problem with this bloody problem

When I lie down straight , I couldn't get up. I feel severe pain in my left side of my hip to thigh such that I couldn't get up and feel like my leg got stuck. Is this the sign of sciatica?

No. this is not a sign of sciatica. Feeling Stuck means there could be spasm or catch in some muscle in buttock or leg. Focus on relaxing the muscle. once this is done the pain will settle down. Until then, turn to the right side (unaffected side) and get up so that the strain on painful side is reduced.

If pain increases that means you should not do that exercise. It is possible that you are not able to do it correctly or some other problem. Do the rest of these exercises for relief.

Madam i have L4-L5 compression with lower back pain and sciatica nurve pain. Can u pls explain the excercise for cure.

For sciatica, you can start with the advice in video. This will help you with lower back pain too. But we need to add more exercises for L4-L5 compression. That will also depend upon the exact involvement and extent of compression of disc. We can suggest specific exercises after an assessment only.
