Man, you are a life saver! Hurt my back at the gym 2 weeks ago and have been to the chiropractor 3 times and haven’t gotten much relief. Done this workout the last 3 days and I can now walk without the shooting pain down my ass. Thank you thank you!!!

Just have to comment that the couch stretch works wonders for the tightness in my hip flexors. Great content brother Dean! And your dog is literally what I would prefer to be doing these days vs putting in the work from your videos😂!

I've just started doing this workout 3x a week and so far it's been great for my sciatica. Thanks! Is 3x a week good for prevention or should it be more? Also, any other workouts you might recommend to alternate with for a full body workout?

Hi mate, been doing this for a while now, feel really good after. However recently whenever i do the couch stretch for the hip flexors i feel pins and needles/numbness during and after on the right side, as if its a nerve issue. Maybe i have overstretched. Do you have any advice for this?

I've been raking way too many leaves too long. I felt my left sciatic begin to act up. The routine alleviated the pain. I’m still slow and a little sore, but it addressed the muscle groups nicely. I wouldn’t have believed it if it hadn’t happened to me. Next stop.. Ibuprofen
