I don't see why you couldn't fish, that should be fine. The nether still follows the same rules as all the other dimensions, it just has a special gamerule that makes water unplaceable manually. But with commands you can place water and it all works just fine and doesn't break the game

I don't understand how exactly Coww broke the immensely complex machine. Can't they place the rails down again?
@MrCalls12 жыл бұрын
It looks like an update supresser, often used so that when you break nether portal frames, the purple portal blocks themselves remain. To suppress updates you have to make too many fo them happen. The best way to do that is a web of rails built in a certain order. If they’re built(or replaced) in the wrong order, they’re updated in the wrong order therefore the suppression doesn’t work. I presume suppression also makes the falling block thing work too.
@CriticalCipher2 жыл бұрын
@@MrCalls1 that is not an update surpresser it's an insta line which mean the tick it gets activated the entire line activates in the same tick. To do this you have to place all the restone rails down and power them in a certian way them remove the power source hence why breaking it is a pain but as they won't use the block corrupter anymore they won't need it anyway
@AlbusRegis2 жыл бұрын
If you look closely before he touched the rails, they were powered without nearby redstone sources, meaning they were update suppressed. The moment he broke the rails an update propagated trough the lines, breaking the state of the machine. As they said the asynchronous thread generator was bricked in 1.19 so nothing important was lost, but it had historical value to them and Coww broke the machine by touching the rails.
@CriticalCipher2 жыл бұрын
@@AlbusRegis If you listen closely they say he broke the "insta line" you don't need to update surpress to have those rails on, and if you look at the machine above the rails it pushes a redstone block down powering the rails all at once so this is clearly an insta wire
