very good knowledge explanation mam,I have some doubts , 1. During fasting should we need to drink only water or can eat fruit ,vegetable . 2. What not to be consumed during fasting?? 3. Should I need to do fasting for 24 hours a day or for some time only. 4. How long should I do fasting ,if I finished fasting for 30 days after that what should I need to do either continue it or should I need to stop fasting??

6/18 method good.. Two meals between 6 hours then 18 hours fasting.. In this fasting time, u can dring just black coffee without sugar Nd water.

Ketosis will start after 2 days fasting. we can check it with morning urine by ketone strips. 2000 calories will deplete within 2 days of fasting wich store in liver and muscles. . Not necessary for 7 days fasting.
