Well explained I'm on intermittent fasting I'm 70 years old I was a bit on the chubby sized coz I'm a short person around 5 feet I was 67 kg now I have lost 10 kg I'm feeling better coz I have blood pressure and diabetic I was feeling lethargic after lunch now I can understand why I'm from Malaysia thank you

Thank you for the in-detailed explanation mdm. I agreed with you. After I choosed IF plan 2 years back, reduced 12kg from 80kg. Did somework with light exercise. Literally, My face skin goes better. When I checked my blood test before and after provide very good results. IF plan provides healthy lifestyle!

Dear loving doctor daughter. I'm 69 yrs and retired SL Ay WO 1 as a heart disease patient I have finished our religious fasting today 27 day in this year 2024. I got my medicine in after fasting hours and meals. Let me know is it good or bad for my health in future that I'm attend in fasting in this age and as a heart disease patient. Also near future next year is it better to involve in fasting please. Your advice very very important to me. Please reply. God bless you at all....
