Thanks Dr pal for your invaluable suggestions on intermittent fasting, it worked like magic for me. I am 30 year old man, have reduced 5 kg in 1 and half month with normal routine, just by having meal between 10 AM and 6 PM each day. I sincerely want to express my gratitude towards you. May God bless you with all luck and you continue to enlighten millions on gut health.

Thank you Dr Pal. I am so happy to have come across your channel. I am a 39 year old woman who had made peace with gradual weight gain over the years, justifying it as a norm. After following the circadian rhythm IF fasting, I have dropped down 9 kegs in 3 months. What motivates me is that focus is not on looking good but a healthy body inside out. God bless you and your family. Lots of love, from Karachi Pakistan.

@@MsRavinderkaur First day when I finished my dinner at 7.30pm and when I went to sleep by 11pm, I heard lots of sounds in stomach. I have been able to have a fasting window of 14 to 14.5 hours consistently since two weeks. But I suggest you not to try aggressively to have a 14 hours fasting period. May be you can try for 12 hours initially depending upon how your body responds.

@@MsRavinderkaur Please try this method of Time Restricted Eating with fasting period of 12 hours. I’m getting a very nice sleep of 7 to 8 hours. Example: if you have your morning coffee by 8am, you plan to finish your dinner by 8pm. This gives you a 12 hour eating and 12 hour fasting period. Stick to timings without fail.

Hi dr pal.I've always wanted to gain weight ( only by whole foods, not even protein power) by working out at gym and have a great cognitive function of decision making. But, I've shattered my gut after a month of consuming in optimal caloric surplus (maybe it's not good to start with Sudden change of food habits). I've had gut issues for 5 months, took an endoscopy , found out that it's beginning stage of h-pylori and my esophagus has nearly 4-5% eroded, due to acidity happened during these 5 months. Currently I'm in 2 week triple therapy , but I can't suppress what were the things I face uptil the time (Like hair thinning, hair loss, feeling like LPR reflux on throat & mainly weight loss). From being skinny wants to gain weight to getting even lowered(5+kgs).I really want you to make a video on weight gain, calorie surplus,h-pylori elimination from gut, routine to be after a gut problem.(I haven't had a chance to podcast you, sir😂). Can you help a community of h-pylorians?

Hello Dr. Pal. I am a new subscriber to your channel. I had a doubt about the early morning sunshine before even looking at the cellphone. How about people living in a cold country and don't see the sun for nearly 6 months of the year? What would you suggest?

Hi Dr Pal, thanks for promoting and enlightening us with Time-restricted eating , I have been following this since a month and can see I lost few kilos and my quality of sleep also has increased, But I have one question regarding varied sun rise and sun set times in different parts of the world.Like I reside in UK and as you know sun rise is at 8 am and sun set is at 4 pm during winter ,sunrise is 4am and sun set is after 10 pm during peek summer, how to maintain a balance on time-window? On these extremes? For now I follow 8:30 am to 5:30 sometimes 6:00 pm window even though sun set at 4pm , kindly advise

One question to Dr. Pal: I am not obese and I have put down upto 20 kgs already as I trained for marathon running!! So is it okay if I follow 9-10 hours of fasting window(say 9.00 PM to 7.00 am) instead of 11-12 hours? Will that be conducive for the GUT?

After moving to Europe, I'm confused on how to time my meals according to the circadian rhythm. The sunrise and sunset time varies drastically with different seasons. How do I time my meals?
