Thank you for this. I am 60 and ride the stat bike at low temp about three days a week,. Very active trying to wrangle my unruly back yard here in rural east Texas but on blistering hot days this will be. a great circuit to do when going outside for activity is off the table.

As an actual heart patient impacted by scleraderma movement with upper shoulder presses, Legs: hip flexor, and quads and hamstrings exercises are important to add in as they serve dual purpose in heart patients. Like how rows are cario and strengthening.

This five minutes exercise routine is gonna feel like running a full marathon but the results are no less miraculous. A word of caution; go slow initially if you are not really into exercising regualrly. Instead of one full minute per exercise,try thirty seconds .
