Good workout routine. 💪. I'm going to put this in my exercise daily. I'm 56 years old and disabled. I'm in a wheelchair ♿.

This won't replace my 40 minute low-impact aerobic w/weight workouts, but these quickies will be great to do on days when I might otherwise skip a workout. For people who don't exercise much, these are a nice accessible way to break the ice on a new fitness regimen. Good content!

This is a great way to warm up the body before a workout. Zero impact on the joints and gets blood flowing in the entire body. Also a great way for sedative people to begin a workout routine and ease into working out regularly.

These cardio workouts are most excellent first thing in the morning. Stuck at home, bad weather approaching, or can be used as a warm-up for powerlifting.

Boxers jump rope for a reason. It burns 3x the calories of jogging. Not sure how much more jogging burns then walking. So think about how much more you must burn jump roping compared to walking for the same amount of time. Edit: if you can do it at a moderate average pace. Maybe a noob will need to work up to that first.

Exactly, in general yes, better than running etc, but the King of Fitness, Jack lalanne before he died at age 96 had both his hips and one knee replaced? Jack did a lot of "Jumping Jacks" on a hard surface. So, Jack didn't know Jack about Jack 🤣🤣🤣 That's why using a mini- trampoline is best, way better than jumping rope on a hard surface.

TOTAL BS the number 1 excersize is road work meaning jogging because with out it you will be gased out very quickly jogging strengths and extends your lungs capacity to go longer in your choice of sport it gives you more stamina and endurance . Ok picture this would a marathon runner do this bs workout as discribed in the title of this video absolutely not nor will a boxer or MMA fighter , or a basketball 🏀 player and etc why because most of these sports are running real running so don't listen to these clowns . Keep jogging maintain your your work it's the best for your lungs and legs oh yeah . 🤓🥊🕊️

This appeals to the lazy. The runner likes to suffer, the finish line is like a deliverance but ge can't wait for the next session.
@steelmongoose49562 жыл бұрын
While I agree that this doesn’t compare to running, ankle and knee wear are real issues with lots of road work. I used to win fights largely on physical conditioning, but all that running beat up my joints, too. Now I cycle and swim a lot more.
@Coldwarrior7781 Жыл бұрын
"Knee friendly" Right in the title dude. I used to run 40 miles per week. Trashed my joints. 3 sports minded docs told me to stop distance after 30 and transition to sprints. Should have listened. You wanna be superman go ahead but it will catch up to you eventually if you don't age modify.
