Hi, there is no recommended daily limit for children. One teaspoon/day of chia seed or flaxseed would be safe. Start with a smaller amount. If they don't have any gastric trouble you can increase it to one teaspoon.

Ma'am, please check your blood hemoglobin level. Iron deficiency is a major cause for PICA syndrome which causes eating raw rice. If you correct your iron levels, your eating habit will automatically disappear.
