They asked me what I wanted to listen to and I directed them to this. Yes I was out in about 30 minutes later but I feel I still benefited from this even though I was unconscious for 81/2 hours. Maybe we aren’t really “unconscious?” Maybe it helped the doctors?? The operating room looked like something out of Star Wars and the surgeons were very young. All was done with robotics as they were probably raised on video games.

@@heathmclachlan1868 PTSD just goes around and around in your head and you have to try and find a way of "parking it"as you can`t erase your memories. Don't suffer, get help. Look online for places near you or go and have a chat with your Doctor. If you sort out the PTSD, the anxiety will sort itself out. I`ve suffered from PTSD myself after serving in the emergency services. Take a positive approach by confronting your PTSD and your mental health with improve in a very positive way.

I think it is more attributed to not having health insurance or very little insurance that doesn't cover what one would need. It gets denied. Get off the fearmingering about vaccines. As I closed my eyes and relaxed I suddenly could see. My little dog running up to me so happy, my heart sunk with joy to see her, then my brother came. I was filled with unconditional love as we stood on the beach. I went through so many changes with my dog most of it was joy and hugs. I then drifted off deeper and could see my brother as a boy. He was showing me a accident I had, I forgave him and myself. Then my dad came and hugged me and said I love you. Then it was time for them to go and my brother took my dog saying to me don't give up. When I opened my eyes I realized that I missed them so much that my heart was broken.

It’s operable but there’s a waiting list. I pray this is the answer. Regardless I know I will be okay. I’m always somehow through the Grace of God okay. i have tried experimenting with sampling my own voice. By this I mean by exhaling deeply and allowing yourself to make a hum or ohm sound as low as you can without forcing it. I sample this and then start tuning sounds to that frequency. If you play them back and make those ohm's yourself, it feels very powerful as there is so much resonance happening.

I used to chant with a Bhakti Yoga / Kirtan (call and response format) / Hindu devotional chant group in Sanskrit, and it was always my experience that Making the sounds myself, feeling that vibration and resonance inside the body, was very powerful indeed.

I went on a solo road trip without music recently. I decided to chant om to pass the time. I had to stop after about 20 mins because I was too euphoric to continue driving. An added benefit I also noticed was the vibrations made my hair really soft and silky and the skin on my face and lips plumped up!

Admittedly, my voice out in the world isn't all that great, but what counts is inside your head; at some point in the natural operation of the ear, sound is converted to electronic impulses, that's what the brain works with. The rest of the body goes along with the vibration; your organs never 'hear' a thing, but they experience the vibe.
