Definitely a novel approach to telling the story of earth being “a death world.. or that humans are death worlders” loved it. As always my thanks to the author for sharing and to the channel for uploading it to KZbin for us hear !!!

Nice! I’ve always wanted a story that focused on how deadly our animals are compared to an alien invasion. 👏

Great story! I hope the author has a "part 2". I would love to hear the story of how the humans destroyed the Verence.

I do like it when the humans don't try to 'save' the people that attack them. It's not really in our nature to allow the other like them to live, especially when they've shown they do not wish to coexist, but instead to make only more of themselves.

We have the unfortunate happenstance to live on a world where everything given the chance will kill us. Our choices are to either tame it or destroy it.

To tear down, completely demolish a city is to “raze” it. Not raise.

This feels like an AI cliché-fest. And it's sad too because in less than 10 minutes, I lost the plot as to what's going on with it. It's an all right theme for the fall and extinction of humankind -- which is a twist to the typical HFY themes I've been listening to the last three months -- but this? Eh, I was sort of disappointed in its mediocrity.
@scifistories19778 ай бұрын
I get a lot of AI claims like this, but this story is over 3 years old. I've just added the reddit link into the description. Fair enough you don't personally like the story but jumping to "AI" is annoying for me to see.

@@scifistories1977 Fair enough. I was looking for validation as I was going on instinct, but defense works just as well. When I have a problem with the story, trust me; I'm sending a note off to the author asking for clarification. But after a long run of stories like "When the Trees Speak Human", "When a Human Says Whoops", "Decaf", "The One Thing Humans Excel At" and "The Worst Species in the Galaxy" (just to name a few off the top of my head), I was just surprised with this one. Surprised enough to comment.
