When I need to throw away food or scraps that will most certainly spoil a stink before the next trash day, I bag ‘em and freeze ‘em instead, and then I put a post-it note on the trash can to remind myself the next time I walk the bins to the curb, not to forget to check the freezer and chuck them out as well.

Oh and as for the frozen chicken it's not really safe to eat very old frozen foods as you can't guarantee that your food remained at a stable temperature for that entire time, especially considering Sam's house move!

Also I worked stocking the frozen section for over a year and I can say many frozen things have a smell tho I also must admit some other people I worked with didn't always smell what I smelled, like Pot stickers is first that comes to mind, every time I opened a frozen box full of bags of frozen potstickers I smelled them right away

even the most seemingly reputable places can end up being bad choices. like the guy from (Harvard? one of the silly overhyped colleges in america) who sold body parts on the black market and was semi-recently caught. and was awlling them to a guy with face tattoos that was like. an obvious sicko.

Anyone who's owned a dog that's remotely good drive knows they will sneak in and out if dark rooms to find something to get into. For my corgis, it's always food-related. They periodically search empty rooms and make sure to check any trash cans they can stick their snoots inside.

Pronunciation Vowels are pronounced as follows: Short A as in aloud E as in entry I as in eat O as in ordinary U as in to Long A as in car E as in led I as in peep O as in pork U as in loot Often Te Reo academics say don't worry if you get it wrong trying to pronounce Maori words is more important. Those two Old English words both come from the same source! The Proto-Germanic *derkaz I also assumed as much when you said it but before I looked or up because changing between T and D Is super common in languages because they're just the unvoiced and voiced versions of the same sound.

Also I'm assuming the vowel chance, given the time period, was a part of the Great Vowel Shift that happened in/around the 1400s. Also therk was probably actually pronounced like "terk" , English used to do that was th-, but that i cant ne 100% sure on. Those two sounds (voiced and unvoiced of 'th' think "bathe" vs "bath") used to have their own letters, which were separate from T and each other, and i kinda miss that

It will stay frozen long enough to tie shut the bag really tight. If the bag is sealed well enough, smell can't escape even if the inside of the bag is smelly.
